Pizzeria Zaza Napoli

I am an italian expat, been living in France now for quite some time now. Everybody on earth loves pizza, but to me it is a cultural heritage, I was born and raised in the land where it was invented, after all. that's the reason why I didn't want to try a pizzeria on this side of the alps, I thought I was bound to be disappointed. then one day my gf convinced me to try this particular one, I felt homesick, so I accepted. the wines on the menu were actual italian ones, but the italian grammar mistakes were quite too many, I had mixed feelings. I decided to go with a Renato, because why not, it's my uncle's name. five minutes later, the pizza was already on my table, and I can tell you, it was fantastic. it felt like home, like my home, I am not overstating it, I almost cried. the best pizzeria I've ever visited on this side of the alps. if you're an italian tourist reading this, you should probably go and have some french cousine, but if you're feeling homesick, just like I did that evening, and want to feel like back home, then this is the place.
